About Me.

My name is Brendon Croft, and I am the founder of B.S.Croft Consulting. I am committed to partnering with and empowering organisations and leaders across Australia and New Zealand to identify solutions to their challenges and uncover hidden potential that they may not yet recognise.

I founded this consultancy with the belief that effective leadership and thriving, people-focused workplaces are based on honesty, transparency and deep insight. My goal is to provide impactful coaching and HR solutions through a refreshingly candid and supportive approach.​

A pandemic has not done us leaders, potential leaders and organisations any favours. It has created a massive void of skilled people, built a lack of awareness, and broken the unsaid relationship of coaching and mentoring in the workplace with hybrid work models, causing a lag in essential leadership and communication development. I truly believe that strong leaders (leadership) and successful workplaces are built upon open (regular) conversations and genuine understanding.

This is what has inspired me to create a consultancy where organisations and people can find impactful coaching and HR solutions delivered with a radical candor approach that balances caring personally while challenging directly. I am not afraid to ask tough questions, but I will always have your best interests at heart.

I call upon a robust background spanning Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Business Management. I bring a powerful fusion of strategic acumen and hands-on experience to every engagement. My expertise encompasses executive and leadership coaching, strategic HR consulting, virtual HR management, and the strategic implementation of HR technologies designed to elevate efficiency and enrich the employee journey through cultivating self-awareness and facilitating meaningful development in leaders and teams.
